A cafe is a public social gathering place created by "experience" and "scene".

消(xiao)費(fei)升級催生了商業環境的(de)(de)快速轉變,今天,不論(lun)是(shi)花樣翻新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)茶(cha)飲,還是(shi)層出不窮(qiong)的(de)(de)咖(ka)啡(fei)新(xin)(xin)勢力,都試圖在(zai)傳統零(ling)售中單一的(de)(de)買賣關系上進行體驗疊加和(he)場(chang)景衍生,期(qi)望在(zai)居住和(he)工作(zuo)之(zhi)外,探(tan)尋向城市“第三空(kong)間(jian)”轉變的(de)(de)可能。一個(ge)咖(ka)啡(fei)館,更(geng)是(shi)一個(ge)被營造的(de)(de)“體驗式(shi)”與“場(chang)景化”的(de)(de)公共社交聚場(chang)。








Inspired by this, Jinmao joined hands with ONE-CU interior design team to create the first Jinmao immersive "Coffee CHAO Culture Museum" in South China on the golden axis of Foshan's Qiandeng Lake, taking "coffee" as the theme design concept. Art Museum". The main story line of the space is to incorporate the real process of coffee making such as roasting, grinding, brewing and its cultural and creative peripheral derivatives, and to carry the commercial functions of negotiation, display, retail and marketing, forming a streamline connection of the whole space function and dynamic line.

在(zai)(zai)這樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟發下(xia),金(jin)茂(mao)地產攜(xie)手(shou)ONE-CU壹(yi)方設計(ji),融合當下(xia)年(nian)輕消費(fei)群體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)潮流消費(fei)風向,以“咖(ka)啡(fei)”為主題設計(ji)概念,在(zai)(zai)佛山(shan)千燈湖的(de)(de)(de)(de)黃金(jin)中(zhong)軸之(zhi)上,傾力打造華南區金(jin)茂(mao)首家(jia),沉浸式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“咖(ka)啡(fei)CHAO文化藝術博物館”。將咖(ka)啡(fei)制作(zuo)中(zhong)真實的(de)(de)(de)(de)烘焙、研磨(mo)、沖泡(pao)等工藝環(huan)節及其文創周(zhou)邊衍(yan)生納入空間表達的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要故事線,并搭載洽談、展示、零(ling)售、營(ying)銷的(de)(de)(de)(de)商業功能(neng),形成整(zheng)個空間功能(neng)、動(dong)線的(de)(de)(de)(de)流線型連通。
