In the revelation of the site, Zhonghai Grand Realm takes “the leisurely posture under the shade of the trees in nature” as the inspiration picture, and then develops the integration expression of the overall architecture, landscape and indoor space, starting from the imagination of a “form of a tree”, and ending with the completion of a “forest residence”. From the imagination of a “tree form” to the completion of a “forest residence”, the design responds to the unique spirit and value of the place in this case with the creation of an ultimate scarcity experience.

The treatment of the space on the first floor is like a free and open plane, through the placement of blocks of boxes, to do spatial thinking.

Here, the presentation of the “glass box” is not solidified as a conventional rectangular framework, but through the control of the rhythm of the space either open or closed, creating interlacing and splicing between boxes and boxes, boxes and open platforms, so as to create a “sense of respiration” for people who are constantly walking through, out and into the place and nature. “Breathing sense”.

The artistic staircase is hidden in the giant structure, as one of the roaming lines connecting the entire three-story building, it becomes an important part of carrying the ultimate artistic expression of Zhonghai Grand Realm.

Here, the designer utilizes the psychology and visual art concept of “map bottom conversion” to integrate the “shape” and “background” in the space, creating an extremely artistic visual expression of the spatial feeling. The designer utilizes the concept of “map bottom conversion” to integrate the “modeling” and “background” in the space, creating an artistic visual experience.

The second floor space creatively introduces the concept of the functional framework of the “large flat”, with the outward extension of the landscape surface on both sides to completely open up the field of vision, bringing the feeling of unobstructed spaciousness into the internal expression of the space.
