It is probably the second project in which I am the owner and the designer. Compared with my own house, the office has to take care of more people and things. The working habits of different people, the working status of different departments, and even the collection of some artworks, all need to find a proper place for them, not to disturb each other but to take care of each other. This is how we understood the office and how we imagined it at the very beginning. A year after we moved in, we went back and tested the idea: whether it was the place we thought it was, whether it was the place we thought we were working in, and whether it had its own spirit of place. There are more things to consider, so the process is not entirely a purely egoistic design process.

大概是(shi)(shi)(shi)經歷(li)自(zi)己當業(ye)主(zhu)又(you)當設計師的(de)(de)(de)(de)第二個項目了(le)，與自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)房子相比(bi)，辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)室(shi)要照顧到的(de)(de)(de)(de)人和物會更多。不同人群的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)習慣、不同部門的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀態，甚至收藏的(de)(de)(de)(de)一些(xie)藝術(shu)品等(deng)，都需(xu)要在(zai)這(zhe)里為(wei)他們找(zhao)到一個恰當的(de)(de)(de)(de)、互(hu)不打擾又(you)能(neng)顧此及彼的(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)最開始我們對辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)解(jie)，以及對它的(de)(de)(de)(de)想象(xiang)。搬入一年(nian)之后，我們再回過頭來驗證這(zhe)個想法(fa)：這(zhe)里是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)我們想象(xiang)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)那個場所，場所中是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)我們想象(xiang)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀態、又(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否具備自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)場所精神(shen)等(deng)。需(xu)要考慮的(de)(de)(de)(de)東西更多了(le)，那么其中的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)就不完(wan)全是(shi)(shi)(shi)一個純粹自(zi)我的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計過程(cheng)。

The whole site is located on the 18th floor, with a total occupation of about 1600 square feet, and is a vertical splicing of two very narrow and long boxes. Following the original structure of the building, we made this middle area raised by the entrance into an open and shared public area. It bears the working demand of reception, meeting and discussion, but also contains the state of rest and relaxation such as western kitchen, coffee and water bar. More interaction, more sharing, where it is hoped that everyone can consider themselves as the master of this space. Based on the uniqueness of the floor height and landscape surface, we did not choose the conventional white interface, but set the interior for the natural fading of the black background throughout, giving the protagonist of people's sight to the wide landscape surface outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. At the same time, the uniqueness of the color and the reasonable construction of the superimposed material interface make the material itself become the individual that sets off and expresses in this space, and create the richness of the internal interface in the sense of power of the artwork.

整個(ge)場(chang)地(di)位于18層，總(zong)占面(mian)約1600多(duo)平，是兩(liang)塊非常狹長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)盒子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)垂直(zhi)拼接(jie)。順著建筑(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原始結構，我們將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)由入口(kou)抬(tai)升的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)這(zhe)塊中(zhong)間區(qu)(qu)域打造成了(le)開放、共(gong)享的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)共(gong)區(qu)(qu)域。既(ji)承擔接(jie)待、會議、討論的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作需(xu)求，也包含著西廚、咖啡、水吧等休憩、放松的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)狀態(tai)。更多(duo)交互，更多(duo)共(gong)享，在這(zhe)里，希望每個(ge)人(ren)都(dou)可以把自己當成這(zhe)個(ge)空(kong)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主人(ren)。基(ji)于層高與景(jing)觀面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)獨特性(xing)，我們沒有選(xuan)擇常規的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)白色界(jie)面(mian)，而是將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)內部設置(zhi)為(wei)了(le)通體(ti)黑(hei)色背景(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自然消隱，將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)人(ren)們視線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主角，讓給落(luo)地(di)窗外寬廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)景(jing)觀面(mian)。同時(shi)，色彩的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)獨特性(xing)，疊加材質界(jie)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合理(li)構建，使材料本身互成為(wei)這(zhe)個(ge)空(kong)間中(zhong)襯托和表(biao)達的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)體(ti)，在藝術品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力量感中(zhong)，營(ying)造內部界(jie)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)豐富感。

A good office state may be different every day, there will be changes and traces of time. Like the entrance of the original stone wall, after a year, from the beginning of the completely wild and rough state, gradually began to show some signs of mottled; light in the different materials on the surface of the day after day, and left behind or fade, or darken the traces; even the growth of plants and withering, are in the change of time is delightful and sigh.

好的(de)(de)(de)辦公狀(zhuang)態可能是每一天都是不同的(de)(de)(de)，會(hui)有變(bian)化(hua)和時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)痕跡(ji)。像(xiang)入口原(yuan)石砌成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)壁面(mian)，在(zai)經過一年之后，從(cong)剛開始完全野生(sheng)粗糙的(de)(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態，開始逐漸顯(xian)露(lu)出些微斑(ban)駁(bo)的(de)(de)(de)跡(ji)象；光線在(zai)不同材質表面(mian)上(shang)日復一日的(de)(de)(de)游走(zou)，而遺留下來的(de)(de)(de)或變(bian)淡、或變(bian)深的(de)(de)(de)痕跡(ji)；甚至(zhi)是植物的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)長與凋零(ling)，都在(zai)時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)中(zhong)令人欣喜和感嘆。

A year later, I think it will be more convincing to come back to this office thing. We think it needs, first of all, to take care of the people and things in the place itself. The office is more of a public place than a private home, so it needs to be gentler, more humble, and more inclusive to solve some practical problems. What we see in one year is this, so in three years, in five years ...... I believe it will become more and more interesting as time goes on - with the growth of plants, the abundance of books, and even the creation of more communication and interaction - and that's exactly what we expect to happen.

一(yi)年之后，再來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室這件事(shi)，我覺得(de)會更有說(shuo)服力。我們認為(wei)它首先(xian)，需(xu)(xu)要照顧到場所本身的人和物。相比于私(si)宅(zhai)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)，辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室更像是一(yi)個(ge)公(gong)(gong)共場所，因此它需(xu)(xu)要更溫和、更謙(qian)遜(xun)，更具包容性地去(qu)解決一(yi)些(xie)實際(ji)問(wen)題。我們看到的(de)(de)一年(nian)后是(shi)這個樣子，那三年(nian)之后、五年(nian)之后......相信(xin)它(ta)會隨著時(shi)間的(de)(de)變(bian)化——植物的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)長、書籍的(de)(de)豐富，甚(shen)至是(shi)更多交流與互(hu)動的(de)(de)產生(sheng)(sheng)，變(bian)得越(yue)來越(yue)有意思(si)，而這也正(zheng)是(shi)我們所(suo)期待發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)。
