It is probably the second project in which I am the owner and the designer. Compared with my own house, the office has to take care of more people and things. The working habits of different people, the working status of different departments, and even the collection of some artworks, all need to find a proper place for them, not to disturb each other but to take care of each other. This is how we understood the office and how we imagined it at the very beginning. A year after we moved in, we went back and tested the idea: whether it was the place we thought it was, whether it was the place we thought we were working in, and whether it had its own spirit of place. There are more things to consider, so the process is not entirely a purely egoistic design process.
大概(gai)是(shi)(shi)(shi)經歷自(zi)己當業主又(you)當設計(ji)師的(de)(de)第(di)二個項(xiang)目了，與(yu)自(zi)己的(de)(de)房子相比(bi)，辦公(gong)室要(yao)照顧到(dao)的(de)(de)人和物會(hui)更多(duo)。不同人群的(de)(de)工(gong)作習慣、不同部門的(de)(de)工(gong)作狀態(tai)，甚至收藏(zang)的(de)(de)一些藝(yi)術品等(deng)，都需要(yao)在這(zhe)里為他(ta)們(men)(men)(men)找到(dao)一個恰(qia)當的(de)(de)、互不打擾又(you)能顧此(ci)及彼的(de)(de)位(wei)置。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)最開始我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)對(dui)辦公(gong)室的(de)(de)理解，以及對(dui)它的(de)(de)想(xiang)象。搬入一年之后，我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)再回過(guo)頭來(lai)驗證(zheng)這(zhe)個想(xiang)法：這(zhe)里是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)想(xiang)象中的(de)(de)那個場所，場所中是(shi)(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)想(xiang)象中的(de)(de)工(gong)作狀態(tai)、又(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否具備自(zi)己的(de)(de)場所精神等(deng)。需要(yao)考慮的(de)(de)東西更多(duo)了，那么其中的(de)(de)過(guo)程就不完全是(shi)(shi)(shi)一個純粹自(zi)我(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)設計(ji)過(guo)程。

The whole site is located on the 18th floor, with a total occupation of about 1600 square feet, and is a vertical splicing of two very narrow and long boxes. Following the original structure of the building, we made this middle area raised by the entrance into an open and shared public area. It bears the working demand of reception, meeting and discussion, but also contains the state of rest and relaxation such as western kitchen, coffee and water bar. More interaction, more sharing, where it is hoped that everyone can consider themselves as the master of this space. Based on the uniqueness of the floor height and landscape surface, we did not choose the conventional white interface, but set the interior for the natural fading of the black background throughout, giving the protagonist of people's sight to the wide landscape surface outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. At the same time, the uniqueness of the color and the reasonable construction of the superimposed material interface make the material itself become the individual that sets off and expresses in this space, and create the richness of the internal interface in the sense of power of the artwork.
整個場地(di)位于(yu)18層(ceng)，總占(zhan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)約1600多(duo)平(ping)，是兩(liang)塊非常狹長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)盒子的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)垂(chui)直拼接。順著建筑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原始結構(gou)，我們(men)將(jiang)由入口抬(tai)升(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)這塊中間(jian)區(qu)域打(da)造成了(le)開放、共享的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公共區(qu)域。既承擔接待、會議、討(tao)論的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作需求，也(ye)包(bao)含著西廚、咖啡、水吧等休(xiu)憩(qi)、放松的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)狀態。更多(duo)交(jiao)互，更多(duo)共享，在(zai)這里，希望每個人(ren)都可以把自(zi)己當成這個空間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主人(ren)。基于(yu)層(ceng)高與景觀(guan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)獨特性，我們(men)沒有(you)選擇常規的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)白(bai)色界面(mian)(mian)(mian)，而是將(jiang)內(nei)部(bu)設(she)置為了(le)通體黑色背景的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)然消隱，將(jiang)人(ren)們(men)視線的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主角，讓給(gei)落地(di)窗外寬廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)景觀(guan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)。同時(shi)，色彩的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)獨特性，疊(die)加材(cai)質界面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合理構(gou)建，使材(cai)料本身互成為這個空間(jian)中襯(chen)托和表達的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個體，在(zai)藝術(shu)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力量感中，營造內(nei)部(bu)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)豐富感。
A good office state may be different every day, there will be changes and traces of time. Like the entrance of the original stone wall, after a year, from the beginning of the completely wild and rough state, gradually began to show some signs of mottled; light in the different materials on the surface of the day after day, and left behind or fade, or darken the traces; even the growth of plants and withering, are in the change of time is delightful and sigh.

A year later, I think it will be more convincing to come back to this office thing. We think it needs, first of all, to take care of the people and things in the place itself. The office is more of a public place than a private home, so it needs to be gentler, more humble, and more inclusive to solve some practical problems. What we see in one year is this, so in three years, in five years ...... I believe it will become more and more interesting as time goes on - with the growth of plants, the abundance of books, and even the creation of more communication and interaction - and that's exactly what we expect to happen.
一年之后，再來說(shuo)(shuo)辦公(gong)(gong)室這件(jian)事，我覺(jue)得(de)會更有說(shuo)(shuo)服力(li)。我們(men)認為它首先，需要(yao)照顧到場(chang)所本身的人(ren)和物。相比于私宅(zhai)來說(shuo)(shuo)，辦公(gong)(gong)室更像是一個公(gong)(gong)共(gong)場(chang)所，因此(ci)它需要(yao)更溫和、更謙遜，更具包容(rong)性地去解決一些實(shi)際問題。我(wo)們看到的(de)(de)(de)(de)一年后(hou)是(shi)這個樣子，那三(san)年之后(hou)、五年之后(hou)......相信它會隨著時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化——植物的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)長、書籍(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)豐富，甚至是(shi)更多交流與(yu)互動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產生(sheng)，變得越來越有意思，而這也(ye)正是(shi)我(wo)們所期(qi)待發生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
